Tartrazine (E102)
Tartrazine is a colour (yellow) used in soft drinks, sweets, ice cream, pickles, sauces.. The EFSA acceptable daily intake is 7.5 mg per kg of body weight per day — about 450 mg a day for a 60 kg adult.

What the ADI means in practice
