TempoLife for coaches and dietitians
A multi-client dashboard built on client-granted, one-click-revocable diary sharing. The client grants access, the client ends it, and you never see anything they did not hand over.
What the portal does
- One list, every client. Names, whether they have accepted, and whether they are currently sharing. Nothing about their bodies appears on that list.
- Invite codes instead of email harvesting. You create a code and hand it over however you already talk to your client. We do not ask you to upload a client list, and we never email them on your behalf.
- A read-only diary snapshot per sharing client. The last seven days of meals, calories, steps, sleep, water and weight trend, in one page you can open before a session instead of asking someone to recite their week.
- A public profile, once your credentials are checked. Your name, what you actually do, languages, where you work and your own booking link. No lead-generation middleman.
- An audit trail your client can read. They see exactly which coaches hold an active link and can end any of them in one click, from their own screen.
How client consent works
Access is built so that no sequence of actions available to you alone produces access to a client's data. Three things happen and your client does two of them.
| Step | Who does it | What the coach can see afterwards |
|---|---|---|
| A coach creates an invite code | Coach | Nothing. The row names no client and reads no data. |
| The client signs in and enters the code | Client | A name on a list, and the date they accepted. No health data. |
| The client creates a read-only share link in the app and pastes the token | Client | The seven-day snapshot that link shows, and nothing else. |
| Either side clicks revoke | Client or coach | Nothing, immediately. The stored token is deleted in the same write. |
A shared diary is a read-only snapshot, not an account login. It never contains mood entries, personal notes, photographs or location, and it cannot be used to change anything in your client's account.
Pricing
Pricing for the professional portal is being set and there is no number to publish yet. That is a real answer rather than a coy one: the portal is new, the cost of supporting it is not yet known, and inventing a figure now would mean changing it later in front of the people who signed up on the strength of it.
What is already decided: the client side stays free, because a coaching tool that charges the person being coached for the privilege of being coached is a bad tool. Whatever the professional side costs will be per practitioner rather than per client, so that adding a fifteenth client never becomes a reason to keep them off the system. And the price will be printed on this page before anyone is asked for a payment method.
What we do not do
- We do not sell you leads, rank profiles by payment, or let anyone buy a higher position in the directory.
- We do not give you write access to a client's diary. You cannot log food, change a goal or edit a weigh-in for them, and the shared view has no controls at all.
- We do not notify you when a client revokes and we do not tell you why. Ending it is theirs to do quietly.
- We do not verify clinical competence, supervision, insurance or scope of practice, and a listing here is not an endorsement of anyone.
- We do not process health data on your behalf as a controller. You remain responsible for your own records, your own consent paperwork and your own regulator.
TempoLife is a tracking tool, not a medical device and not a clinical record system. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or monitors a condition, and a shared diary is not a substitute for clinical assessment.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see a client's diary before they agree?
No, and not by accident either. Creating an invite gives you a code and nothing else. Your client signs in, enters the code, and then separately shares a read-only link created under their own account. Until that second step you see a name on a list.
What does the shared view actually contain?
A rolling read-only snapshot: the last seven days of meals and calories, steps, sleep hours, water and the weight trend across the window. It never includes mood, notes, photographs or location, and it is not a live login to their account.
What does it cost?
Pricing for the professional portal is being set and no figure is published yet. Nothing on this page bills anyone, and there is no card form anywhere in this flow. When pricing exists it will be stated here in plain numbers before anyone is asked to pay.
Do you verify that I am qualified?
We check that the credentials you enter are real and check them against the register you name. We do not and cannot verify clinical competence, supervision or insurance, and a listing is not an endorsement. Clients should ask you the same questions they would ask any practitioner.
What happens when a client leaves?
They click revoke, or they revoke the share link inside the app. Either action ends your access at once: the stored token is deleted in the same database write and every query that builds your dashboard requires an active, unrevoked link.

Try it on your own account first
The fastest way to understand what a client hands over is to create a share link on your own diary and look at what it shows.
