How this forum works

This is a place for people tracking the same things to compare notes. It is public, so anyone can read it; posting needs a free account. Threads are moderated, and the rules below are short and enforced.

How to ask a question that gets answered

The threads that get good replies almost all look the same: a specific title, a short description of the situation, the relevant numbers if there are any, what you have already tried, and one clear question at the end. Put your actual question in the title rather than "quick question", and keep one thread to one topic — it is easier to answer and easier for the next person to find.
