How does the emom timer work?
Every minute on the minute: start a rep at each beep, rest whatever is left. Default work window 40 seconds. The parameters below are the defaults; the timer itself lets you change them.
Does it make a sound?
Yes — a short beep synthesised in your browser at each transition. No audio files, no downloads. On silent mode it vibrates where the browser allows.
Will my screen turn off mid-round?
The timer requests a wake lock so it should not. Browsers grant it only on secure pages, and it is released when you stop or leave.
