Year in review
Turn a year of your own meals, steps, sleep and weight into a shareable summary. Signed out, this page explains how it works and shows an anonymous community aggregate and an example.
What it is
If you track with TempoLife, your year adds up to something worth seeing: how many meals you logged, how far you walked, how you slept and how your weight moved. Sign in and this page becomes your own private year in review — a handful of headline numbers and shareable cards built entirely from what you recorded, with nothing invented and nothing inferred. It is generated from your data on the spot, it is set to stay out of search engines, and it is never shown to anyone but you unless you choose to share a screenshot.
How your private version works
- Every figure is your own logged data — meals, steps, sleep and weight. Nothing is estimated to fill a gap; a section with no data simply is not shown.
- The page is set to noindex when it shows your data, so it never enters a search engine.
- Your numbers never go in the web address. The URL only ever carries the year, never anything personal.
- It shows only your own data. There is no way to see anyone else's year here.
- The summary cards are plain images you can screenshot to share — sharing is always your decision, never automatic.
What the community logged (anonymous aggregate)
While your own review needs you signed in, here is a genuinely anonymous snapshot of the whole community — the same aggregate published on the open-data page, where every displayed group contains at least five people so no individual can be picked out.

An example review
The figures below are invented for illustration — this is not real data and not a real person. It only shows what your own year in review looks like once you are signed in.
Your real version replaces every number above with your own, and quietly drops any card you have no data for.
See your own year
Sign in with the account you track on, and this page rebuilds itself from your data. If you have not tracked much yet, it will say so honestly rather than padding the page.
Frequently asked questions
Is my year in review public?
No. It is generated only when you are signed in, it is set to noindex so it never appears in search, and it is shown to nobody but you. Sharing is a screenshot you choose to take.
Where do the numbers come from?
Entirely from what you logged in TempoLife — meals, steps, sleep and weight. Nothing is estimated or inferred, and a section with no data is left out.
Is the community aggregate safe?
Yes. It is the same aggregate published on the open-data page, where every displayed group contains at least five people, so no individual can be identified.
Can I see a friend's year?
No. This page only ever shows your own data. There is no directory and no way to look someone else up.
