Gift TempoLife
Give one, six or twelve months of the full app, on a code that never expires unused, with a card you can print at home.
Gift checkout is not open yet. You can see the whole flow, save an order and print a card, but nothing on this page charges anyone and no price is published, because none has been set.
What can be gifted
One thing: full access to the app for a set number of months, on a code the recipient redeems into their own account. There are three lengths, and they are the same lengths the ordinary subscription uses.
| Gift | Months | Why you might choose it |
|---|---|---|
| One month | 1 | Enough to get through the awkward first fortnight of logging, when the habit either forms or does not. |
| Six months | 6 | Long enough to cross a season. Most people who are still logging at six months are still logging at a year. |
| Twelve months | 12 | A full year, including the two or three months in the middle where nobody feels motivated and the record keeps itself anyway. |
What a gift does not do
- It does not create an account for anyone. The recipient signs up themselves, or signs in to the account they already have. You never hand over their email to us as a way of enrolling them.
- It does not tell you what they log. Buying somebody a diary does not give you a window into it. If you want to see somebody's food or steps, they have to share it with you deliberately, from caregiver access or the coach portal.
- It does not auto-renew. Gift months end when they end. Nobody is quietly enrolled in a subscription they did not choose, and nothing is charged to anyone's card afterwards.
- It does not expire unused. Worth repeating because most gift codes do.
The printable card
Print this page and you get the card below on its own: the site header, navigation, buttons and footer are all hidden on paper. Write the code in the space, or print it after a code exists on your order.
A gift of TempoLife
One, six or twelve months of the full app — food, water, medicines, steps, sleep and weight, in one diary.

Fold along the table edge for a card that stands up. Hand the code over in person rather than by email if you can — an emailed code is a code in somebody's inbox forever.
Giving a health app as a present, carefully
This one deserves a warning that a gift page would normally leave out. A tracking app given to somebody who did not ask for it can read as a comment on their body, and it lands that way far more often than the giver expects — particularly between family members, and particularly around bodies, food and weight.
It is a good present for someone who has already told you they want to track something, who has mentioned wanting to drink more water or remember their medicines, or who has asked what you use. It is a poor present for someone who has not raised the subject, and a genuinely bad one for anyone with a difficult relationship with food. If you are hesitating about whether it will be taken the wrong way, that hesitation is usually correct.
If you do give it, give it lightly: a code, no expectations, and no follow-up questions about whether they have used it. The code does not expire, so there is no deadline to enforce and no reason to ever ask.
Redeeming
The recipient signs in and enters the code at the redemption page. One code, one account, once. After that the code is spent and cannot be reused by anyone, including the person who bought it.

Frequently asked questions
Does the code expire?
No. There is no expiry column in the table that stores gift codes, so an unredeemed code cannot quietly die on a schedule. It waits until someone uses it, whether that is next week or in two years.
Can I buy one right now?
Not yet. Gift checkout is not open, no price has been set and nothing on this site will charge you today. You can save an order so the flow is ready, and you will not be billed for it without a separate, obvious payment step.
Do you take my card details on this page?
Never, on this page or any other page of this site. Payments are handled on the payment provider's own hosted page. There is no field anywhere in this flow that accepts a card number, and there never will be.
Can a code be used twice?
No. Redemption is a single database statement that requires the code to be paid and not already redeemed. Two people racing to redeem the same code produce one winner and one clear refusal.
What if the person already has a subscription?
Gift months are meant to extend rather than replace. Redeem it whenever suits; because the code does not expire, there is no reason to rush it while an existing subscription is running.
Can I get a refund?
When gift checkout opens, refund terms will be printed here before anyone can buy. Publishing refund rules after taking money is how people get caught out, so the rules go up first.
