Nutrition quizzes and certificates
5 ten-question quizzes on labels, hydration, macros, portions and sleep. Score 70% or more and get a shareable certificate with a public verification link.
Take a quiz
Reading nutrition labels
Ten questions on the back-of-pack panel: per 100 g versus per portion, the ingredients list, sugars, salt and the front-of-pack colours. All of it uses standard EU/UK labelling rules.
Hydration basics
Ten questions on how much fluid you actually need, where it comes from, and the myths in between. Figures follow European food-safety guidance on adequate intake.
Macronutrients basics
Ten questions on protein, carbohydrate and fat: how much energy each carries, what they do, and where they come from. The energy figures are the standard Atwater values.
Portion sizes
Ten questions on judging portions without a scale — the hand method, the plate model, and why energy density matters more than volume.
Sleep basics
Ten questions on how sleep actually works — how much adults need, what caffeine and light do to it, and the habits that help. General sleep-hygiene information, not medical advice.
How grading and certificates work
Each quiz is ten multiple-choice questions with one right answer each. Your answers are graded on our server the moment you submit — the correct answers are never sent to your browser beforehand, so the quiz is a real test rather than a page you can read the key off. You see your score, and every question comes back with the correct answer and a short explanation, so a wrong answer teaches you something.
Score 70% or more — that is at least seven out of ten — and you are offered a certificate. It carries the name you type, the quiz, your score and the date, plus a unique code. Anyone you show it to can check it is genuine at the verification address, which displays only that same information and nothing else about you.
What we store, and what we do not
- You can take any quiz anonymously. Signing in is not required and changes nothing about the questions.
- A certificate stores only the display name you type, the quiz, the score and the date. No email address is ever stored for a certificate.
- The verification page shows exactly those four things. It reveals nothing else, and there is no way to list who holds a certificate.
- Pick a display name you are happy to show publicly. A first name or an initial is completely fine.
- The quizzes are general nutrition and sleep literacy, not medical advice.
Verify a certificate
Have a code? A certificate's address is https://tempolife.app/quizzes/verify/<code>. Open it to confirm the name, quiz, score and date behind a code someone has shown you.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Every quiz can be taken anonymously, and a certificate can be issued to a display name without any login or email address.
Can I retake a quiz?
Yes, as many times as you like. Each attempt is graded fresh. A certificate is issued for a passing attempt.
Is the certificate an official qualification?
No. It is a fun, verifiable record that you passed a short literacy quiz on this site. It is not a professional or academic credential.
How is a certificate verified?
Every certificate has a unique code and a public verification address showing the name, quiz, score and issue date. That is all it shows — there is nothing else stored to reveal.
