Panago Pizza nutrition
Calories, protein, carbs, fat and salt for 192 Panago Pizza menu items, read from the chain's own published nutrition page.
Reading this menu
The spread between the lightest and heaviest item on this menu is 160 kcal. That gap is usually the whole decision: the difference between two choices at the same counter is often larger than a whole extra meal elsewhere in the day.
Salt is worth a second look. An adult reference intake is 6 g of salt a day, so an item carrying 3 g has used half of it before anything else you eat.

Per-slice nutrition (serving size, calories, protein, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, carbohydrates, sodium, sugars, dietary fibre) from Panago's own "Nutritional Charts" PDF, linked from https://www.panago.com/nutrition (edition at time of writing: https://www.panago.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/Nutritional-Charts-April-22-2026.pdf; the parser follows whatever Nutritional-Charts file the page links). Every pizza figure is one medium slice ('All pizza serving sizes are based upon one medium slice'), every Pan Pizza figure one square, and portion_label says so; items are '<Pizza> (<Crust>)' for the five crusts, categories are the chart's sections. The file carries corrections drawn over the old figures; the figure drawn last is the printed one and is the one kept (checked against a rendering of pages 1-2: all 192 kept rows match what is printed). A crust row whose figure is split by an unmapped glyph (Cupperoni Overload on Multigrain in this edition) is left out rather than guessed, and the sides, wings, dips, salads and desserts page is left out because its text carries hidden, shifted copies of the table that cannot be told apart from the printed one. Figures as printed (including odd-looking but printed ones such as Everyday Hawaiian on Multigrain at 1 g protein). Salt is derived from the published sodium (x2.5); trans fat is not stored.
